Good news for our U.S. customers 🇺🇸 - we’re covering any import and tariff fees so you don’t have to. 


Free Tracked Shipping on all U.S. orders over $35 CAD. Estimated delivery: 4-6 business days. 


Orders under $35 CAD may select tracked options ($6–$8 CAD).


All U.S. orders ship via USPS or UPS. Most of our USA orders will be shipped from Alabama. Should we need to ship your package from Canada, please allow up to 7 additional business days for shipping. Note that we aim to exceed these timeframes significantly, but many aspects of shipping are out of our control.

    For smaller orders, tracked/untracked options range $8–$30 CAD, depending on location. International customers outside the U.S., U.K. and E.U. may be subject to customs or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

    Shipping Time Examples

    All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


    We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.


    Canada: 4 - 15 business days. 

    USA: 5 - 15 business days.

    UK/Europe: 6 - 20 business days.

    Australia: 15 - 35 business days.

    What is Navidium Shipping Protection?

    Please note that Navidium is only available for orders where tracked shipping was purchased.


    What is Navidium Shipping Protection?


    Navidium Shipping Protection is an optional shipping protection service where, in the event of an incident (the order is damaged, lost, or stolen during transit), we will immediately re-ship any damaged, lost, or stolen products. 


    What do I get with Navidium Shipping Protection?

    If you place an order with Navidium Shipping Protection, and your order is damaged, lost, or stolen during transit, then we will immediately send you a free replacement of any impacted items. Impacted items refers to any products on your order that were damaged, lost, or stolen during transit.


    Is Navidium Shipping Protection refundable?

    No. Once your order has been shipped, your Navidium Shipping Protection has been "used" and is no longer refundable. 


    Can I can a re-ship if I put in the wrong delivery address?

    If you placed an order with the wrong shipping address, and the order is delivered, we are unable to re-ship your items under the Navidium Shipping Protection. The same applies if you contact us to have your address changed, and your order has already been despatched, and the courier is unable to successfully re-route the package to you.


    What happens if my order is damaged, lost, or stolen during transit and I do not have Navidium Shipping Protection?

    Our typical claim process is to lodge an enquiry with the courier. The duration of the enquiry (until we have a final response or resolution from the courier) normally takes 2-3 weeks. 


    If you do not have Navidium Shipping Protection, you will need to wait for the courier enquiry to be completed. We will follow the claims policy with your selected courier to either locate your parcel or deem it as lost. This may take 6-8 weeks and is at the discretion of the courier. If the courier is unable to locate your missing item, we are not responsible to re-ship or to provide a refund for your missing item(s). 


    If you do have Navidium Shipping Protection, we will immediately re-ship any impacted items. We will then lodge an enquiry with the courier, and will follow this through ourselves.


    Can I get a refund instead of a re-ship?

    No. Navidium Shipping Protection entitles you to a re-ship of any impacted products on your order, and not a refund.


    My package is showing as 'delivered' but I don't have it. Help!

    Oh no! Sometimes a package will be marked as delivered by the shipping carrier prematurely, however, If you have purchased Navidium shipping insurance, please send us an email immediately at hello@wildpier.com. 


    If you haven't purchased Navidium insurance, we suggest the following: 


    If you are located in Canada:

    - Please wait another 3 business days, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and will arrive in the following days.

    - Please check with household members to ensure that nothing was brought in on your behalf, as well as nearby neighbours.

    - Contact your local Canada Post office. Make sure you contact your local post office (this is important!) and not the Canada Post hotline. Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day's delivery. Canada Post will generally be helpful with providing this type of information.

    - If the package still does not show up, please contact Wildpier Beauty for next steps. Canada Post claim times can vary. Please note that Wildpier Beauty cannot reimburse or re-ship orders that were mis-delivered by the post office or stolen from a property. 


    If you are located in the USA:

    - USPS delivery vehicles use GPS that can automatically update a package as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait another 3 business days, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and will arrive in the following days. This is usually the case when it comes to these types of situations. 

    - Please check with household members to ensure that nothing was brought in on your behalf, as well as nearby neighbours.

    - Contact your local USPS post office. Make sure you contact your local post office (this is important) and not the USPS hotline. Your local post office will be able to provide quicker, and better service. Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day's delivery. USPS will generally provide helpful information.

    - If the package still does not show up, please file a claim with USPS by clicking here. Wildpier Beauty cannot reimburse OR re-ship orders that were mis-delivered by the post office or stolen from a property. 


    If you are located outside of Canada and the USA:

    - Check your door/mailbox for note from your local post office. If you receive a note, it should provide you with the instructions you need to receive your package. If there was no note, please check the tracking on your order to see if it indicates that the parcel is available for pick up.

    - Contact your local post office and your local customs office. Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day's delivery. Postal services will generally provide helpful information.

    - Contact us for additional assistance. Wildpier Beauty cannot reimburse OR re-ship orders that were mis-delivered by the post office or stolen from a property. 

    My package is being 'returned to sender'. Help!

    If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address, we are charged a $8.00 USD fee for the package to be returned to Canada. This $8.00 USD fee will be deducted from your order should you wish to obtain a refund or redelivery. 


    Note: Once your order has been fulfilled, it is not possible to change your shipping address. Please ensure your address is correct before placing your order. We will not be responsible for delayed or lost packages due to incorrect/incomplete address input by customers.


    For re-delivery of any returned orders due to incorrect (or incomplete) addresses or uncollected packages, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping charges to deliver the package to the correct address however we highly suggest to place a new order instead to ensure that your shipping information is correct. 

    Duties, taxes, damages, and other important information

    By completing a purchase through this website, you are agreeing to these policies and terms. Please let us know if you have any issues with your order within 35 days from the date of your order. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


    Customs, Duties and Taxes

    Wildpier Beauty is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All USA, UK, and European orders have tariffs, VAT, and taxes included in the final price; however, should any additional fees be imposed during or after shipping by your country of import, these fees are the responsibility of the customer (additional tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.). 


    If you decline your package due to duties/customs and it is returned to Wildpier Beauty, you will need to pay for a new shipping label again if you wish to receive your order. If you wish to abandon your order, it will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, as well as a $15 shipping fee charge if your original order was shipped with a free shipping promotion.


    Tracking Numbers

    Tracking numbers are not provided unless you have purchased tracked shipping. Please note that the “Small Packet” shipping option is untracked. Please make sure that your delivery address is correct prior to completing your order to avoid delays. Once your order is dispatched, we can not change the shipping address.

     

    Damages

    Wildpier Beauty is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

    Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


    Lost Orders

    If your order is deem lost (which means there has not been a tracking scan for 30 days), please contact us for next steps. 


    WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING SHIPPING CONCERNS:


    Mistakes that were made by the customer in their shipping information. If you provide us with the wrong address or forget to include any necessary address information, including but not limited to an apartment/condo number, the customer is responsible for paying for the order again (in cases where the original order cannot be rerouted or recovered), as well as a new shipping label to re-ship the product.


    Stolen packages. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a shipping address that can safely receive orders.


    Declined customs/duties charges. Wildppier will not cover the cost of customs, duties or taxes for any orders.


    Packages delivered in error to a neighbour. It is the customer's responsibility to communicate with their neighbours and retrieve any packages delivered there accidentally.


    Please note (super important!)

    Wildpier Beauty can not grant you a refund if your item is in transit.
