Shipping policy

Processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Once your order ships you will receive an email confirmation. Tracking numbers are provided with tracked shipping options only.

Canada
Free standard shipping on every order (Canada Post, untracked, typically 4-10 business days).
Tracked options are available at checkout, starting at C$9 for 3-9 business day delivery. Canada Post and UPS tracked rates are calculated by address.
Orders ship from Halifax, Nova Scotia.

United States
Free standard shipping on orders of US$26 or more (2-4 business days).
Orders under US$26 ship for US$7.50 (2-4 business days).
Expedited shipping (1-4 business days) is US$17.
Most US orders ship from our US warehouse. Any duties or taxes charged on delivery are the responsibility of the customer.

United Kingdom
Free tracked shipping on orders of £35 or more. Orders under £35 ship tracked for £7. Delivery is typically 7-20 business days.

European Union
Free tracked shipping on orders of €40 or more. Orders under €40 ship tracked for €9. Delivery is typically 7-20 business days.

Rest of world
Tracked shipping is C$15, free on orders of C$60 or more. Delivery is typically 9-25 business days. 

Delivery times
All delivery times are estimates. Carriers can run late, especially in November and December, and we cannot guarantee a delivery date.

Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to duties, taxes or customs fees on arrival. These are set by your country and are the customer's responsibility.

Address changes
Please check your address before placing your order. Once an order has shipped we cannot change the address. If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, a US$5 return fee is deducted from any refund, and re-delivery is at the customer's cost.

Lost or damaged packages
If your package has not arrived or arrived damaged, email hello@wildpier.com within 35 days of the shipping date and we will open a claim with the carrier. Keep all packaging for damaged items. See our Refund policy for full details.

Please note delivery times are estimates only. Wildpier Beauty is not responsible for any delays caused by carriers especially during high volume periods. It may take up to six weeks for your package to arrive. We are unable to guarantee a delivery date.

Tracking Numbers

Tracking numbers are not provided unless you have purchased tracked shipping. Please note that the “Small Packet” shipping option is untracked. Please make sure that your delivery address is correct prior to complete your order to avoid delays. Once your order is dispatched, we can not change the shipping address.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Wildpier Beauty cannot guarantee that your order will not incur additional taxes, duties, or other shipping/customs fees. Wildpier Beauty is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.). 

Damages

Wildpier Beauty is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Please note (super important!):

Wildpier Beauty can not grant a refund if your item is in transit.

Once your order has been fulfilled, it is not possible to change your shipping address. Please ensure your address is correct before placing your order. We will not be responsible for delayed or lost packages due to incorrect/incomplete address input by customers.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address, we are charged a $5.00 USD fee for the package to be returned to Canada. This $5.00 USD fee will be deducted from your order should you wish to obtain a refund or redelivery.

For re-delivery of any returned orders due to incorrect (or incomplete) addresses or uncollected packages, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping charges to deliver the package to the correct address.
